Repeat prescriptions

Your repeat prescriptions can be:

  • posted to the surgery (If you send us an SAE we will post your prescription to you)
  • Handed into reception (Camps Road Surgery Only)
  • Ordered online using the link above (if you are registered with System one.)

If you are not registered with System one, please contact reception to find out how to register.

If you wish, we can send your prescription to any of the following pharmacies in Haverhill:

Boots on the High Street

David Holland up at the Clements

The Well Pharmacy on Camps Road

Sainsbury's at Hanchett End

Tesco at the supermarket

Haverhill Pharmacy in the Surgery building.

We are unable to take requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone. Alike most GP's, we have found this system lends itself to error, particularly for patients with hearing impairments.

If you wish to lodge your prescriptions with the Haverhill Pharmacy, they will accept telephone requests for prescriptions registered with them.

Please order prescriptions early before Bank Holidays, and try to allow 3 working days notice for collections.

Regular medications will require a regular review with a doctor, and there will be a reminder on your prescription when it is due. The dispensary staff will also regularly review your medication. Please do your best to respond when you receive a request to come in for a medication review. It may likely mean you need a blood test or blood pressure check before further medication is issued.
